In Mergers & Acquisitions, the deal starts with research. Brokers traditionally spend their days manually identifying target companies, verifying their financials, and hunting for decision-maker contact info.
The goal was to build an “Action-Oriented Agent”—not just a bot that answers questions, but a system that executes the research and outreach work at a scale impossible for a human team.

The Action-Oriented Solution
We built a custom automation pipeline that handles the entire discovery lifecycle, from a raw company list to a “warm” lead.
1. High-Precision Financial Enrichment
The agent connects directly to official company registries (like EGRUL) and web sources to extract revenue, profitability, and ownership data. It filters out the noise, ensuring brokers only see targets that fit their specific mandate.
2. Multi-Channel Outreach (WhatsApp, Telegram, FB)
Instead of just sending emails that get lost in spam, we built direct integrations into high-engagement messaging platforms.
- Sentiment Analysis: The agent manages the initial back-and-forth, answering basic company questions and qualifying interest.
- Batch Processing: The system can identify and verify thousands of Telegram and WhatsApp accounts simultaneously to find where the decision-maker is most active.
3. Human-in-the-Loop Escalation
The system is designed to “get out of the way” the moment things get serious. Once a prospect shows interest or asks a strategic question, the agent instantly escalates the lead to a human broker with a full summary of the target’s financial profile and the conversation history.
